THE VIAA Return & Exchange Policy

At THE VIAA, we want every shopping experience to be smooth, reliable, and satisfying. If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from the item you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Return Conditions:

• For deliveries inside Dhaka, customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of receiving.

• If you find any defect, wrong item, or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care team immediately with clear pictures or video proof.

• For deliveries outside Dhaka, any issue must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the product.

• The product must remain unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Used, opened, altered, or damaged products (caused by customer usage) will not be accepted for return or exchange.

• If a customer selects the wrong product, color, or size by themselves (except defective or incorrect products), return requests will not be accepted.

• In exceptional return cases, customers may need to bear the delivery or transportation cost.

• The original invoice/order information must be provided with the returned product.

Beauty, Fashion, Jewelry & Lifestyle Products:

• Cosmetics, beauty, skincare, and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged after use.

• Opened, tested, swatched, or used products will not be accepted for return.

• Fashion and lifestyle products must have their original price tags, brand tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Shoes or size-related products may be exchanged only if they are unused, clean, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Information Required for Return Requests:

Customers must provide the following information when requesting a return:

• Order ID / Order Number

• Reason for return

• Clear product photos or videos showing the issue

Verification Process:

After receiving your returned product, THE VIAA Quality Check Team will inspect and verify the issue.

The verification process may take approximately 1–3 business days.

After verification, if the claim is found valid, THE VIAA will arrange a product replacement or refund.

If the claim is not valid, THE VIAA will not be responsible for product exchange or refund.
